Coaching begins with an initial assessment during which Jennifer will use strategic prompts and questions to identify the steps you need to take to go from good leader to great leader.

BI-WEEKLY MEETINGS

Jennifer typically meets with clients bi-weekly over the phone and keeps in touch with them between sessions via emails and texts.

TOOLS & RESOURCES

Jennifer helps clients discover and use the tools and resources they need to boost their confidence and overall effectiveness.

RESULTS IN 3 - 6 MONTHS

Clients typically achieve their desired results within 3-6 months, at which time they may elect to reduce the frequency of coaching sessions or return for occasional fine-tuning.
